Missing student, 21, confirmed dead after getting in car she mistook for Uber

A 21-year-old US student who went missing last night has been confirmed dead by her heartbroken father.
Samantha Josephson disappeared after getting into the back of a strangers car, mistaking it for an Uber taxi.
Her actual Uber driver cancelled the ride when she failed to show up at around 2am on Friday in Columbia, South Carolina.
Police said Samantha had got into a dark-coloured car which appears to have been a Chevrolet Impala.
Her friends frantically searched for her, but just a day later, her father, who lives in Robinsville, New Jersey, announced that she has died.
Seymour Josephson said: I will miss and love my baby girl for the rest of life.
Samantha is no longer with us but she will not be forgotten. It is extremely hard to write this and post it but I love her with all my heart.
