Kelly, Mumford, Greene in line to return for humbled Giants

Josh Kelly, Shane Mumford and Toby Greene could all return at once to give Greater Western Sydney a welcome boost as their focus shifts to Saturday's clash with an injury-hit Richmond.

The Giants were brought back down to earth with a 52-point belting at the hands of reigning premiers West Coast on Saturday night, with coach Leon Cameron conceding they were duly punished for their sloppy ball use, aerial ineptitude and failure to halt the momentum of the Eagles.

And Greene, who sat out the West Coast game due to a tight calf, should also come into calculations although, of the three, he sounds like the least likely to feature.

"Toby will play with a broken leg if he tried to. We've got to make good decisions," Cameron said.

"I don't know what that is yet, I'll get through that halfway through the week. If he's not right we don't play him, if he is then no doubt he'll definitely come in."

If there is a good time to face Richmond, it's probably now. Arguably their two most important players will not feature at Giants Stadium with spearhead Jack Riewoldt to miss the next four weeks with a wrist injury and key defender Alex Rance (knee) out for the whole season.
