A woman has let a convicted pedophile move back into her home to live with the children he was convicted of molesting, it is claimed.
James Augusta Davis, 38, is reportedly back living with the unnamed female in Memphis, Tennessee, despite previously being jailed for six years over incestuous contact with the youngsters.
WREG found Davis living with the woman and her kids, even though the conditions of his sentence ban him from doing so.
The registered sex offender was previously busted earlier this month for breaching the same condition of his parole.
Neighbor Diane Spencer was among those outraged by the living arrangement, and said: To me, hes sick.

He isnt supposed to be around kids at all.

And Beryl Wight, from Memphis Child Advocacy Center, warned making children live with their abusers puts them at increased risk for mental illness, suicide, increased risk for teen pregnancy (and) learning problems at school.
