And Will Young wants to shine light on the double standards imposed on women in music with his own sexy music video.
The 40-year-old gets entirely naked in the clip for his new single All The Songs, with the video causing a bit of a stir.
In the video directed by famed fashion photographer Rankin, Will is seen in a number of costumes, from sailor to biker to cowboy – before taking them all off.
The slick heartbreak meets dancefloor track sees the former Pop Idol winner owning his sex appeal as he strips off in a number of scenes, later baring his bum while twirling an umbrella.

Will said: I wanted to spark a discussion around double standards when it comes to music videos.
Theres always been more of an expectation that women should take their clothes off to be sexy where as thats just not the same for men …. but mostly with this video, I just wanted to have fun!
He added: I always say that theres no point in doing it if its not joyous. Thats been my motto: do it the way you want to do it.
All The Songs will be on Wills seventh studio album Lexicon, which is out 14 June.
The Leave Right Now singer is embarking on a 21 date UK tour this October, with tickets on sale on 29 March, as well as performing at a number of Pub In The Park dates this summer.
Will has been in the industry for 17 years now, having won Pop Idol way back in 2002.
