Dont Cha think its time the Pussycat Dolls got that reunion on track? Well, Melody Thornton doesnt think so.

Dancing On Ices newest contestant says a reunion for the pop group would be a nightmare, eight years after they disbanded.

Melody was thought to be getting back with Nicole Scherzinger, Ashley Roberts, Jessica Sutta, and Kimberly Wyatt for a reunion tour in 2019, however, it looks like its been scrapped in favour of a next-generation PCD line-up.

Speaking to The Sun on Sunday newspaper, she said: Im not the same at 34 as I was when I was 24, so the idea of getting together again sounds like a nightmare.

The 34-year-old singer was a member of the burlesque troupe-turned-pop group from 2003 until 2010, but it was originally former back in 1995.

Earlier this year, Kimberly said the band had plans to return to Johnny Depps Viper Room, where it all began, before commencing a tour next year.

However, PCD founder Robin Antin reportedly halted plans when she created a new band called Pussycat Dolls: Next Generation, with Do It Again singer Pia Mia fronting the group.

The other members announced include Zonta, Kim, Deanna, Alexis and Nevae (nope, weve got no idea, either).

A source said in May: Although no agreement had been reached, all of the original girls were up for reuniting and they were just figuring out how it would work.

But then Robin put out a casting call for this new group last week and it came as a complete surprise for the girls.

It seems like Robin decided the comeback wasnt going to happen so has gone off and done her own thing. Its a bit messy and the other girls have taken it personally.

While Ashley has just competed in Strictly Come Dancing, Melody is due to appear on ITVs Dancing On Ice in January.
