It just goes to show that crime doesnt pay! Con man Duncan thinks he has got away with syphoning the cash and letting Sally Metcalfe take the fall in Coronation Street but soon his true colours look like they will be exposed – and death could follow!

As Gina and Tim have a reignited determination to free Sally from her prison hell, they know the only key is exposing Duncan as the real mastermind. As Gina breaks into Duncans flat, Imran becomes suspicious of Duncans dead wife.

Duncan almost catches Gina hiding in his flat but Tim turns up and distracts him and later, Gina follows Duncan to a phone box where she sees him making an urgent call. Gina then finds the number he called and makes a discovery that could change everything.

Following this find, Tim makes a statement to the police but he is later told that Duncan needs to actually confess for them to be able to anything.

As Tim is frustrated by this outcome, things get worse inside for Sally as she is brutally beaten up by Marcia, who has targeted her since she lost Abis protection. Hearing that Sally has been hurt, Tim determines to do something and he and Sophie lure Duncans daughter Olivia to Speed Daal to try and get information from her.

As Olivia is given food for thought, Duncan arrives to break up the situation but its clear that Tim has done enough to get under Olivias skin. As Duncan speeds away, Tim heads for his flat thinking that the only option left is to beat a confession out of him.

As Duncan flees a violent Tim, the fuming husband gives chase but as he catches up with him and attacks, Duncan steps into the path of an oncoming car and is run down.

As Duncan is left fighting for his life, has Tim caused his death? And could he and Sally soon both be in prison as a result?
