Phil Mitchell is about to make an unexpected enemy in EastEnders as Ray Kelly takes on Walfords resident hardman.
Phil isnt a stranger to having an enemy or two, but he could have bitten off more than he can chew with his latest nemesis.
Ray arrives at Phils house with a surprising request that blindsides the Mitchell. Hes not having any of it, telling Ray to do one because hes Phil Mitchell and no one disrespects him like that, but as he goes to leave Ray takes a mysterious phone call and returns with renewed passion to get what he wants. He comes back with a threat for Phil, hes got something over him and uses it to slap him with a worrying ultimatum and hes got Phil over a barrel. How will Phil react to being blackmailed?

To take his mind off his clash with Ray, Phil decides to take Kim up on her offer to join her for a belated Christmas along with Dennis, and hes touched when Kim gives him a thoughtful pregnant as a thank you for helping her give birth.

But is it enough to distract from whatever Ray has over him? No doubt Phil will soon be plotting his way out of the situation. Perhaps Ray should be the one whos worried.
