Matt Healy has revealed that he would like to work with Ariana Grande after The 1975 covered her track Thank U, Next earlier this year.

The bands rendition of the number one track appeared to get a thumbs up from the singer, as she shared it with her followers alongside a heart emoji.

And now it seems Matt has his eye on a collab, as he told NME just how much he loves Aris voice.

The 29-year-old spoke about the release and said: Its just the best song out at this time. It is also the biggest song of the moment.

When asked by the publication if hed ever consider teaming up with the pint sized singer, he added: Yeah, I would love to. She has such an amazing voice.

Aris hit was on its way to becoming this years Christmas Number One, however was pipped to the post by LadBabys charity hit We Built This City… on sausage rolls.

Mark Hoyle, 31, rose to fame when he started to post up video blogs of himself and his wife trying to raise their kids.

And now they have swooped in at the last minute with their rendition of Starships 1985 hit We Built This City.

After the news was announced, Mark chatted to Metro.co.uk and revealed that he didnt even listen to Aris hit once.

He said: Ive heard Ariana Grandes because its been at number one for what feels like a decade.

But the Ava Max one, Ive not listened to it this week – Ive not streamed it in case it counted.

I didnt even want to give them one stream. I didnt even listen to the competition.

Hes now planning on entering the music industry, and has his eyes set on an entire beige album.

The star laughed: We had a joke right when we first did this, before anyone knew about it, me and Rox, that if this got to number one wed do the “beige album” – all food that was beige, like chips and crisps and pork pies.

Whether thats now going to now happen I dont know. If Dr Dres interested, maybe well get back in the studio.
