Thank a farmer initiative prompts heartfelt messages of support

IT has been a challenging year for our drought-stricken farmers, so we asked the community to send them some love and festive cheer, and Central West residents did not disappoint. This newspaper has united with other Australian Community Media (ACM) mastheads (formerly Fairfax Media) that supported Buy A Bale fundraising campaigns to spread goodwill to our farming community. Thanks for putting food on the table. Its hard on all of us at the moment. But you gotta keep your heads up. Its got to break soon. Theres help coming. Dont feel bad except it.
