The Hawks were lucky enough to have the opportunity to host the legendary Merv Hughes at the Nest last week. After mingling with all guests, he talked about the current state of Australian Cricket before discussing his career. His stories were fantastic and highly entertaining. When quizzed about this series, he predicted 2-1 Australia. He was also lucky enough to watch the Hawks T20 competition and praised the club for getting this competition up and running. Thank you to Moss Wood Wines, all guests and of course Elle, Danny, Leanne and Rumesh in the canteen for all their efforts for the night. It really was appreciated by all!
