John Travolta declares Pitbull one of the greatest entertainers ever in the most adoring speech
Who knew John Travolta was such a huge Pitbull fan? Thats the rapper, not the breed of dogs, FYI.
The legendary Grease actor has declared the International Love rapper one of the greatest entertainers of all time and, frankly, its quite a bold statement to digest.
Pitbull, real name Armando Christian Perez, was immortalised into the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood on Friday with a traditional hand and footprint ceremony.
On hand to celebrate the special occasion with Pitbull was his bestie John, who revealed himself to a fan of the rappers music this summer.
John, 64, graced the stage to introduce the rapper and couldnt have been more complimentary in his speech.
The Hollywood actor said: But today, Im here because I have the privilege to help celebrate and welcome my amazing friend to that rareified group of artists that have the opportunity to make history to do this.

Armando Christian Perez, also known as Pitbull, is one of the greatest entertainers of all time, and one of the most impactful humanitarians in the world.
Wowza. How do you follow that up?
Well, John wasnt done with the praise as he continued: I once told Armando that I wanted to be friends with him for the rest of my life and forever. Little did I know that we would be immortalised together at the Chinese theatre. Congratulations chico.
Chico? If that isnt the cutest nickname.
John added: Its his world, its our world. Lets turn it up! Its my great pleasure to introduce Mr Worldwide, Armando Christian Perez, Pitbull!
In his own speech, Pitbull told the audience: Well, first of all, I want to say thank you John. I really appreciate it. Who wouldve ever thought that we would be putting our hands and feet together in cement immortalised in history.
More: John Travolta
In June, John expressed his appreciation for Pitbulls music and told Miami.com: I listen to Pitbull. He is my man. I love my Pitbull… He wrote a beautiful song called Amore, which is at the opening and at the end of the film.
