‘Our hearts are so full’: Sam Burgess and wife Phoebe welcome second child
South Sydney star Sam Burgess has become a father again, this time welcoming a potential Rabbitoh into the world.
Burgess' wife Phoebe took to social media to introduce William "Billy" Mark Burgess, who was born on Sunday, weighing in at 4.22 kilograms.
"Welcome to our world little big man, our hearts are so full," she posted on Instagram to her 74,000-plus followers.
The couple's son is a younger brother to first-born child Poppy Alice, who was born in 2017.

It caps off an eventful year for the former Souths skipper. The high-profile NRL player took to Twitter in September to deny involvement in a sexting scandal allegedly involving a number of Rabbitohs players.
A five-person panel was established by the foundation club to probe allegations made to News Corp that some of its players exposed themselves to a woman without her consent.
The woman told News Corp that several high-profile Souths players exposed themselves to her in an online FaceTime chat without her consent in May, after which she sent an email to the club complaining about their actions.
News Corp had alleged Burgess was one of the players involved. The club announced it had cleared all players of misconduct.
Earlier in September, Burgess announced he would extend his stay with the Rabbitohs until the end of 2023.
The deal will likely make him a Rabbitoh for life on a deal reportedly worth around $1 million per season.
Souths had a promising year but fell one game short of the decider, losing to eventual premiers Sydney Roosters 12-4 in the grand final qualifier at ANZ Stadium, also in September.
