Theres set to be bloodshed in Hollyoaks this Christmas as Breda McQueen is set to murder her next victim before theyve even had the chance to digest their turkey.
But who will be her next victim?
So far this year she has offed Glenn Donovan, Carl Costello and Russ Owen after they threatened her family, and it looks like the fiercely protective McQueen is out to kill again. But who wont make it into 2019?
Whoever it is, the Christmas trailer has teased that the person is a very bad dad who wont be getting a second chance, and our minds are whirring as to who that could be. In an hour long special, well delve into murderous Bredas background, discovering who became her first victim back in 1986 and what made her the rampant killer she is today. Now, 32 years after her first kill, whos next to snuff it at the hands of this McQueen?

1. Darren Osborne?
Darren isnt the most awful dad there is, but given that Russ was actually a pretty good dad too it clearly doesnt take much to tick Breda off when it comes to parenting skills. Hes currently battling for custody from Nancy and has been known to use their sons against her during their bitter arguments, which probably hasnt gone unnoticed by the slightly deranged woman. Hes also battled an addiction with gambling.
And now that Mandy is pregnant again, could Breda be wanting to get rid of him before he has the chance to be a bad influence over another child?
2. Mac Nightingale?
Quite possibly the bad dad to end all bad dads, Mac Nightingale has never taken his parenting duties seriously. In fact, hes currently embroiled in his own plot to bring down his son James which isnt a very fatherly thing to do. Hes also a murderer himself and even actually killed his son Nathan after being caught sleeping with Nathans fiance, which also scores low on the good dad scale. That surely deserves some comeuppance. Plus this town aint big enough for two killers surely? Bet his name is on Bredas hit list.
3. Louis Loveday
His daughter has shacked up with bad boy Liam, whose dad Breda has already killed. Louis himself is cheating on his fiance with his ex wife, so hes hardly a role model for his kids. Perhaps Breda will be left unimpressed when the truth about his illicit affair comes out and will decide to take action.

4. Ste Hay
Stes obsession with Misbah has meant hes recently taken his eye off the parenting ball as his desire for revenge. We also know hes set to hit another downward spiral, so could Breda intervene before any children get hurt?
5. James Nightingale
He only recently found out he had a grown up son when Romeo rocked up and declared James to be his dad, and James didnt exactly take to it like duck to water, rejecting the poor lad and initially breaking his heart.
Hes since tried to make it up to Romeo, but could it be too little too late? He is also Macs offspring after all, could Breda want rid of the whole family?
6. Liam Donovan
Shes already offed his dad Glenn by poisoning his drink, could Liam also be in Bredas sights? Hes used daughter Iona as a pawn in his relationship with Courtney, particularly when he believed Courtney was responsible for killing his dad. Thats not the mark of a dedicated, loving father. Will Breda decide Iona is better off without him?
