Residents and visitors to the region were out to celebrate the festive season with the annual Carols in the Park event on Friday evening. Led by Kathryn Seisun and Tony Barugh alongside the Margaret River Concert Band, choirs from the Margaret River Independent School, St Thomas More Primary School, Rapids Landing Primary School, Margaret River Montessori School, the Margaret River Home School Community performed a selection of traditional and modern Christmas songs. The Margaret River Primary Schools Crazy Crackers Choir and the Dreamcatchers also entertained the crowds of families gathered at Reuther Park for the free event. Local performers Andrea Frances Manners, Brittany Hartnett and Michelle Spriggs were familiar faces on the stage alongside a long list of fellow musicians and singers joining in the celebration.
