Families and visitors to the region headed to Memorial Park to check out the wide selection of food trucks and stalls boasting cuisines from across the globe, including Mexican, Indian, Indonesian, Thai, Brazilian, Vietnamese and Italian dishes as well as freshly made desserts, drinks and sweet treats. Local favourites Doug + Cletus entertained the crowds with their rousing bluegrass-inspired tunes, keeping marketgoers dancing as the sun set and the park lit up with festoon lighting and the occasional barbecue flame.
