Its almost been a year since X Factor stars Rak-Su became the first male band in the shows history to take the winning title, but theyre no means out of mind.

Childhood friends Ashley Fongho, Jamaal Shurland, Mustafa Rahimtulla and Myles Stephenson stormed the singing competition in 2017 to become the only group after Little Mix to triumph.

The past 12 months have been somewhat of a whirlwind for the guys; their debut single Dimelo – which they performed a number of times throughout the competition – spent three weeks within the Top 10 and was certified silver shortly after.

In fact, just one day after the Rak-Su were crowned the X Factor winners, five of their songs featured in iTunes top six.

As well as performing at Capitals Jingle Bell Ball after their win, Rak-Su also played the Isle of Wight Festival and joined Little Mix on their nationwide tour last summer.

If thats not enough – the four-piece returned to where it all began last month, performing their latest track I Want You To Freak on X Factors results show.

Rak-Su recently collaborated with Coca-Cola this festive season, bringing a Christmas advert with a spin on the classic Holidays Are Coming advert.

As for whats to come, we can only hope well see the release of the guys debut album, which theyve also been working on over the past year.
