Thanks to Little Mix and their momentous Strip music video, women everywhere are celebrating their bodies whether slim or thick – or at least talking about it.
Even if Good Morning Britain host Piers Morgan thinks its a load of baloney using sex to sell albums.
The Strip visuals were particularly an empowering moment for rising singer Alice Chater, who makes a cameo in the video alongside Little Mix singer Jade Thirlwall.
In the stunning visuals directed by Rankin, Jade, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jesy Nelson and Perrie Edwards shun the make-up and embrace their natural bodies as they are, while other women of all shapes, colours and sizes are seen in their underwear shaking what their mamas gave them.
Alice makes a brief appearance with Jade and the singers mother, Norma Badwi, and couldnt be prouder of the end result.

The Heartbreak Hotel singer told Metro.co.uk: I love the video. Im really good friends with Jade, I met her a couple of years ago.
Weve been really close ever since and shes been really supportive of my career. Shes been almost like a big sister because shes been through it all and knows how the industry works. Shes really had my back, were really close friends.
She asked if I could be in the video, I was like “Of course 100%”. I love the concept, each woman had a story and it was all about empowering each other and it doesnt matter if you have a big butt, small butt, big boobs or small boobs, just everyone is beautiful how they are. The message is wonderful so I was really happy to be involved.
GMB presenter Piers reigned a storm of criticism on the Strip video, accusing Little Mix of deceiving their young fans by using Photoshop to alter their appearance in the clip.
Alice admits Piers comments are disappointing and believes Strip is an important reminder that what people see on social media apps like Instagram isnt real.
The British singer explained: We live in a day and age of Instagram and Facetune and a lot of young girls look on Instagram and see all these young girls who are extremely beautiful and it puts pressure on them to look a certain way.

I think its incredibly important that a song like Strip was released and the video was shot how it was because it shows young girls, and women around the world, that you can look however you want and still be beautiful. Theres no certain way that a woman should look.
Take that, Piers.
Alice is fast becoming one to watch in the music industry after being discovered by Rodney Jenkins aka Darkchild in the US.
A chance meeting with Will.i.am led to a bevy of record label offers within a week and Alice eventually settled on a deal with Virgin EMI.
While it might sound like a whirlwind of overnight success, Alice reveals the many difficult years of hard graft before her big break.
The popstar explained: Its weird, it sounds like that but its taken years. Ever since a little girl I wanted to be an artist, a popstar so it took a while. When I was 17 I moved to London and lived in the YMCA. I went to this drama school but would always skip school to go to auditions.
The album is all about what Ive been through, Ive lived in some awful places in London from a young age just to follow my dream with zero money. The journey is kind of crazy. Its all in my album and Im really excited to share my story so people can get to know me.
So far, Alice has enjoyed early success with dance tracks including Heartbreak Hotel and Hourglass – all of which she describes as dark pop.

Im not afraid to explore the demons, she says, adding, but I also have brighter and uplifting songs. Thats what I did with Heartbreak Hotel because the beat is so happy and energising but the actual message is quite sad. I like the difference between the two.

Alice is being well looked after in the industry with connections like will.i.am, Little Mix and Professor Green, whom she joined on-stage in Brixton last week and has recorded songs with.
Its safe to say that 2019 looks bright for Alice. Or, as she puts it, bigger and better.
