Joe Russo reveals Chris Evans could reprise Captain America role after hinting hes quit

So remember when Chris Evans hinted he was done with Captain America? Yeah, that might not have been the end after all.
Director Joe Russo, one half of the Russo Brothers, has given fans hope that Chris, 36, could reprise his role as the Marvel character.
In October, Chris broke millions of hearts when he suggested that his appearance as Captain America in the forthcoming Marvel 4 could be his last.
Joe told the Associated Press: I think it was more emotional for him than us, only because hes not done yet and I wont explain what that means, but the audience will soon understand what Im talking about.
In an emotional Instagram post, Chris said: Officially wrapped on Avengers 4. It was an emotional day to say the least. Playing this role over the last 8 years has been an honor. To everyone in front of the camera, behind the camera, and in the audience, thank you for the memories! Eternally grateful.

After causing mass confusion, disappointment and sheer heartache, Chris then seemed to downplay his comments while appearing at the ACE Comic Con in Chicago.
The Hollywood actor told the audience: I should clarify that I know I did tweet something that made a lot of people think that it was in some way a spoiler.
I should clarify that regardless of how Avengers 4 ends, I would have tweeted the exact same thing. That last day of filming was a very emotional day and it was the culmination of almost 10 years of filming and 22 movies, this unbelievable tapestry.
Regardless of his own future with Marvel, its clear that fans believe the role of Captain America belongs to Chris.

One Marvel fan commented on Twitter: Doesnt matter. @ChrisEvans will always be Captain America!!!
Quite literally reading between the lines, another theorised: No. Even Evans said his last line was not memorable. So that says he will be around for future cameos!
