Pooch pics with Santa at Yahavas family fun day
Santa Claus is coming to town… and this time, he wants to meet your canine friends! Yahava Koffeeworks Margaret River will host their Santa Paws event this Sunday, December 2, featuring music from an emerging young local, DJ MC. Yahava marketing manager Tracey Abbs said the team were looking forward to hosting plenty of locals at Doust Corner, where families will be encouraged to spend time on the lawn enjoying music and games while pooches have their photos taken with Santa and even stop for a lazy puppacino. “Everyone always has the chance to get their photo taken with Santa but what about the dogs?” Ms Abbs said. “They cant go into the shopping centres for photos so we thought wed bring Santa to them!” DJ MC is a Margaret River school student and said she was looking forward to spinning some Christmassy tunes and dog-themed songs alongside dad Ryan (The Wedding DJ) during the day. A hamper donated by SAFE Busselton will be raffled on the day, with tickets available for purchase inside the Yahava Kafe. All proceeds from the raffle will go to SAFE (Saving Animals From Euthanasia). Yahavas Santa Paws event will run from 9am – 11am on Sunday December 2.
