Power out and a drenching for the region during overnight storm

WILD and wet overnight weather has left some parts of the region sodden while others did not even record a drop of rain. The rain started late on Wednesday night and by 7am on Thursday Orange had recorded the most rain with 32.0 millimetres. The wild weather also brought a number of overnight power outages to the region and by 7am some residents remained without power. There are also 23 customers without power in Trunkey Creek, four in both Forbes and north-west of Trangie and three in Orange.
