Gina Seddon has had her eyes on Sally Metcalfes husband Tim, which is betrayal enough, but even she outdoes herself by ending up dating conman Duncan in tonights Coronation Street.
Paula has good news for Sophie, theyve found evidence of Duncans offshore bank account, which is great news for Sallys case and the pair are hopeful that they might have the key to Sallys release.
Gina, meanwhile, has been preoccupied with her love life and trying to get over the embarrassment of Tim twigging that she has a crush on him.
Keen to bury her feelings for him and to help get over the rejection she signs up to a dating app and arranges a date.

But little does she know shes about to head on a date with someone familiar – Duncan, the man who is responsible for putting Sally behind bars, is the one sat on the other side of the table.

The conman is the one who framed Sally for a crime she didnt commit, yet Gina doesnt run for the hills like she should. Still feeling vulnerable after the Tim fiasco, Gina is easily manipulated, and Duncan sees an opportunity. He uses his date to his advantage, spinning Gina yarns while she laps them up.
Could she be key in derailing her sisters court case? And could he turn Gina against her sibling?
