Did Shuri save Vision?

Sounds like Shuri swerved Thanos snap

British actress Letitia Wright will be spreading her brilliant comedic-timing further afield in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

It has reportedly been confirmed that the actress will reprise her role as Shuri in the anticipated Avengers 4 in 2019 and the Black Panther sequel.

We are totally ready for those slick, witty one-liners, girl.

Following her star-turn in Black Panther, the fan-favourite character did appear in Avengers: Infinity War in April and it seems she really did survive Thanos potentially fatal finger snap.

According to Deadline, Letitia, 25, recently wrapped filming on-set of Avengers 4, directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, and its believed Shuri was appearing in the productions reshoots.

Shuris fate was left up in the air in Infinity War with her being knocked aside by Corvus Glaive when Thanos charged into Wakanda to steal Visions Mind Stone.

L to R: Okoye (Danai Gurira), Black Panther/T'Challa (Chadwick Boseman), Captain America/Steve Rogers (Chris Evans), Black Widow/Natasha Romanoff (Scarlet Johansson) and Winter Soldier/Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan)

So… well take that as our girl Shuri is definitely back.

Shuri won over hearts in the first installment of Black Panther, with her fierce attitude and brilliant humour – What are thoooose? – so her return will be welcomed with open arms by Marvel fans.

In addition to Avengers and Black Panther, Letitia has also signed up to star alongside John Boyega in sci-fi romance Hold Back the Stars, directed by Mike Cahill. Its being pipped as a Romeo and Juliet meets Gravity and, frankly, sounds like something we are totally down for.

More: Avengers

The movie is an adaption of Katie Khans novel about a couple from a dystopian Earth who recall their romance while trapped in the depths of space with a rapidly diminishing oxygen supply.

Sounds like a real trip.

Avengers 4 is set to hit screens on 27 April although a trailer is yet to be released.
