Johnny Depp is a no-show at Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald premiere in London
Johnny Depp was nowhere to be seen at the premiere of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald in London tonight.
The 55-year-old actor, who plays Gellert Grindelwald, gave the red carpet event a wide birth leaving his co-stars Eddie Redmayne and Jude Law to hold down the fort.
It comes after reports that Johnny has been axed from his role in Pirates of the Caribbean and concerns for his health.
Ezra Miller, however, did show up and found the best way to beat the London chill by wrapping up in an extremely long black puffer coat that resembled a sleeping bag.
The actors eye-catching outfit came complete with a hood and gloves and frankly, looked pretty difficult to manoeuvre.
Tres sci-fi.

The actors red carpet appearance comes hours after he opened up about his own #MeToo experience while branding Hollywood actors sex workers.
Recalling an incident when a director and producer gave him wine while he was underage, Ezra told The Hollywood Reporter: They were like, “Hey, want to be in our movie about gay revolution?” And I was like, “No, you guys are monsters.” It”s a great f***in age of being like, “You know what? That shits unacceptable.
Because, like, we all knew it was unacceptable when we fucking survived it. Thats what Hollywood is. I thought we all knew we were sex workers.
More: Jude Law
Also walking the red carpet was Fantastic Beasts star Eddie, who was joined by his wife Hannah. The Oscar-winning actor, of course, kept it dapper in a grey suit teamed with a beige coat however, his co-star Jude opted for more of a casual look.
Mixing smart with casual, Jude wore a turquoise blue blazer with a pair of cream cargo pants that were rather chill for the momentous red carpet occasion.
Johnnys absence comes after he claimed to have spent an extreme amount of time in a sauna to prepare for his role as Jack Sparrow in Pirates of the Caribbean.
