EastEnders Hayley Slater is given the fright of her life when her new baby falls sick.
Hayley has been adamant she wants nothing to do with her new baby, having dropped her on the Ahmeds doorstep, but tonight that decision will be tested.
Distancing herself from motherhood, shes told herself shes done the right thing by giving her up, but when she gets a call saying the baby is sick and being rushed to hospital, she flies into mother mode and heads straight down to Walford General.
Hayley arrives to find the Ahmeds anxiously waiting for news on the babys condition, and things look like they could be serious.
A doctor arrives and reveals everything will be fine, but has the drama made Hayley reveal her true feelings? The trip to the hospital gives away the babys location to the Slaters after Kat spots Masood and puts two and two together.

She hotfoots it to the hospital, where she surprisingly ends up being on Hayleys side – the social arrives to find out what happened, and both Mariam and Kat fight Hayleys corner. And Hayley realises what she wants – she begs for her daughter to stay with her.
But Kat is destroyed when Bev arrives to take Hayley and the baby home, despite having encouraged to Hayley to give the baby up. What is Bev up to?
