The first acceptable day to play Christmas music used to be marked by the day Scott Mills cracked and played All I Want For Christmas on Radio 1 for the first time that year.

But now Christmas can start exactly when youre ready for it to, and be on a loop for an entire two months, thanks to a new radio show dedicated to playing only Christmas tunes.

Thatll be 24-hours of non-stop Christmas hits, which will be hosted by American actress Candace Cameron Blue, whos starred in several Christmas movies, and with celeb voices popping up to introduce songs.

Naturally the show will feature the likes of Slade, Buble, Mariah Carey, the Pogues, Wham!, to name a few obvious ones.

The show will be going live 1st Nov until 29 December and will be aptly called Christmas Radio on channel 70, or can be found through the SiriusXM website and app.

You can couple this with an all day Christmas movie channel too, so you can really get your festive on from now until 25 December.

It launched on Monday 24 September and is called True Christmas – a TV channel completely dedicated to all things Christmas.

True Christmas airs all day every day on Freeview 62, Sky 319, Virgin 424 and Freesat 302.
