The Rocks stuntman takes to the streets of Glasgow as Fast And Furious spin-off begins filming
The roads of Glasgow have been closed as filming begins on Jason Statham and Dwayne The Rock Johnsons Fast And Furious spin-off, Hobbs vs Shaw.
Pictures taken in Glasgow show bystanders watching on as stunt doubles perform for The Rock and Statham, with a car chase scene involving a McLaren sports car and motorbikes being filmed using drones and camera crew.
The film follows an unlikely alliance between Johnsons US Diplomatic Security Agent Luke Hobbs and Stathams Deckard Shaw.
The two characters used to be enemies who came to hold a mutual respect for one another throughout the Fast And Furious franchise; the movie script is written by Chris Morgan, who has worked on the other Fast And Furious movies.
The spin-off will see Idris Elba playing the villain with The Crowns Vanessa Kirby also cast.
