Stacey Fowlers support of her best friend Ruby Allen following her rape ordeal in EastEnders has helped her get her head around what happened but Staceys husband Martin continues to have his doubts as he heard a different story from his friends Ross and Matt about the night in question. And when he makes a discovery tonight, he is thrown into turmoil and left more conflicted than ever.

With Martin having been left shocked by what Ruby has accused his friends of, Martin passed the message on to Ross and Matt who completely denied her version of events. Stacey is standing by Ruby, and has told her friend in no uncertain terms that not consenting to the sex she had means she was raped.

But after Martin shares a new find with Stacey tonight, she asks her friend if she is definitely sure about what happened. This knocks Rubys confidence and she makes a decision about going to the police.

However, Stacey will later reaffirm her belief in Ruby and opens up about her own rape ordeal. As Stacey confides in her about what she went through, the friends unite over their shared experiences and it gives Ruby the strength to go to the police and give a statement about what happened to her.

Will Ruby finally get the justice that she deserves?

EastEnders airs these scenes on Monday 15th November at 8pm on BBC One.
