Joel Dexter is about to make a huge mistake following the heartbreaking rejection from Cleo McQueen – as he and Goldie share an ill advised kiss in Hollyoaks. But how far are they set to go as things heat up?
Cleo had been hiding her bulimia from Joel and this led to her suffering a heart attack during their wedding day. Joel blamed imprisoned paedophile Pete Buchanan for this and when he went to visit him, he beat him to a pulp.
In the wake of all of this, Cleo pushes Joel away and he is devastated to believe that he has lost her for good. Goldie, meanwhile, is still pining for Jesse Donovan and she and Joel open up to one another about their loneliness.
As they move in and share a kiss, they soon find themselves in the bedroom. But will they come to their senses before things go any further?
