BTS made their London debut on Tuesday night – only it wasnt quite the debut Jungkook was expecting it to be.

The K-Pop singer was forced to sit out of the choreography in the bands first show on UK soil after injuring himself.

And he broke down in tears on stage during the show as he sat out of the dance routines, only taking part in the singing.

The reason behind his sitting out is because he suffered a heel injury hours before the boys were due on stage and it left him unable to dance.

Before the concert in the O2, an announcement was made on behalf of Big Hit Entertainment, saying: Approximately two hours ago following the rehearsal and sound check, Jungkook was lightly stretching in the waiting room when he collided with floor furnishings and suffered an injury to his heel.

Medical staff immediately responded and performed the necessary treatment. The opinion of the medical team is that while the injury is not serious, performing choreography may do further damage to the injured area. Following the advice of the medical staff, Jungkook will take part in the performance tonight but remain seated without choreography.

The maknae sat on the left hand side of the stage on a stool, which was placed on a moving platform so he could be wheeled on and off the stage.

Jungkook did his best as his bandmates performed the intricate choreography theyre known for, singing his heart out and at points pulling off the arm-ography from his seat.

However, during the penultimate song Anpanman, it seems things got too much for Jungkook.

The idol swivelled around to face the back of the stage and was seen crying into a towel.

Luckily, the BTS boys have each others backs, and Jimin sprinted to comfort his bandmate, before Jungkook defied doctors orders and walked off the platform to join the rest of the band to sing Answer: Love Myself.

Ahead of the concert closer, each member spoke to the ARMYs and thanked them for their support and energy throughout the concert – but Jungkook replaced his speech, which he had initially prepared in English, to apologise for not being at his best.

Of course, the ARMYs didnt stand for that, and chanted its ok and Jungkooks name – leaving Jung-hyun in tears again.

RM said: Its never your fault, with the band rallying around their friend.

And fans were touched by Jungkooks emotion and the clear display of friendship in the band:
