Avengers Mark Ruffalo responds to his firing after Russo Brothers take action following spoiler
Mark Ruffalo has kept the laughs coming as he responded to his firing by the Russo Brothers over the weekend.
After he appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and seemingly spoiled the title of Avengers 4, the directors of the whole shebang, Anthony and Joe Russo, took to Twitter to let him know they were no longer needing his services.
Now, Mark, who plays Hulk/Bruce Banner has pleaded with the brothers as he responded to their tongue-in-cheek comment.
Guys…can we talk about this? he said, as he took to Twitter on Sunday evening.
Fans enjoyed this continued comedic tragedy but some of his followers didnt really get it is all a bit of a joke, though.
One said: @Russo_Brothers You cant fire Mark , hes played an amazing Hulk, one of the best ever ! @jimmyfallon hid the title information from Marks interview! You are all risking a boicot at the theaters if you dont reconsider . Come on guys, nothing was exposed. Stop it! [sic]

Dont worry, that particular stan was very relieved when someone pointed out the whole thing was a joke…
It all started when Mark teased he would share the title of the film during his appearance on Jimmys show.
Ahead of the show airing, Mark tweeted: @JimmyFallon, I trust that you will cut my spoiler slip on the show tonight.
That was “off the record” homey. Please dont get me in trouble with Marvel (Barry) again. DM me back. M.
Alas, Jimmy responded: Dude, its too late – already sent the final show to Burbank for air. Are you sure youre gonna be in trouble? We could maybe bleep it out. What is “DM”?
And after seeing this convo, the Russo Brothers chimed in: Mark, youre fired.
Not that anything actually made it to air that spoiled anything – this is a well-oiled machine, after all.
On the show, he said: I sort of, in the past, maybe have given up things, spoilers… I basically spoiled the end of Avengers: Infinity War with Don Cheadle, who will no longer do press with me.
Ive been put under surveillance by Marvel. Theyve got a lot of reach in the world, and Ive learned my lesson.
However, after being pressed by Jimmy, Mark revealed the title of the final Avengers film – before he was bleeped out, with a black box censoring his mouth.

Guess the wait is still on…even though some punters believe theyve uncovered the chosen title for the last instalment in this phrase.
Avengers 4 is released in 2019.
