Collective launches on Caves Road

The home of Black Brewing Co. has a new name to better reflect all the happenings at the Wilyabrup venue.

The site will now be known as Caves Road Collective.

The name references the iconic tourist drive on which the venue sits and incorporates Dune Distilling and Ground to Cloud Wines, which are also produced at the location.

Owners Stewart Sampson, Kristin Kestell, Rob Johnston and James Paterson took over the already successful business in late 2015 and have steadily grown the product.

Mr Sampson said they had steadily improved the venue and product offering over the years, with the intention of creating incredible memories for visitors.

“Were a passionate bunch of locals, driven to deliver uncompromising quality, and believe the new venue brand better reflects this,” he said.

Caves Road Collective restaurant is lead by chef Hayden Vink with a spring menu now available.

The venue will also play host to a Margaret River Gourmet Escape satellite event this year – the Caves Road Cantina – with a pop-up restaurant and bar at the Gourmet Village.
