Major Crash officers are investigating a fatal traffic crash that occurred in Yalyalup on Sunday, September 23.
The car versus car collision resulted in the death of a 20-year-old man.
At around 8.25pm, a black 2015 model Nissan Navara was travelling north along Bussell Highway when, near Layman Road, the vehicle crossed to the incorrect side of the road.
The Nissan Navara collided with a white 2007 model Toyota Hilux which was travelling south.
The driver of the Toyota Hilux, a 20-year-old man, received life threatening injuries and died at the scene.
A 22-year-old female passenger received minor injuries and was conveyed by ambulance to hospital.
The 36-year-old male driver of the Nissan Navara, received minor injuries and was also conveyed to hospital.
Major Crash officers are seeking witnesses to the crash, and would like to speak to anyone who saw the Nissan Navara or Toyota Hilux prior to the crash.
