Dave Bautista hasnt been afraid of making his feelings known following Disneys recent decision to sack the Guardians Of The Galaxys director James Gunn.

The move came when a string of tweets, which were published over a decade ago, resurfaced showing the 52-year-old joking about rape.

When the news hit, Bautista threatened to quit the show if Gunns script wasnt used for the third installment.

However, it looks as though he might take his threats to the next level, as hes revealed he doesnt think he wants to work for Disney anymore.

Talking on The Jonathan Ross show, the 49-year-old said: Its a bittersweet conversation. Um, no its a bitter-bitter conversation because Im not really happy with what theyve done with James Gunn.

Theyre putting the movie off. Its on hold indefinitely.

Despite Gunns tweets, fans and actors alike have rallied up their support and made a number of attempts to get the director back on the film.

Along with his fellow cast members, Bautista made a stand over Disneys decision, and signed a letter to show his support for James Gunn.

It read: We fully support James Gunn. We were all shocked by his abrupt firing last week and have intentionally waited these 10 days to respond….We are not here to defend his jokes of many years ago.

The character he has shown in the wake of his firing is consistent with the man he is every day on set.

His apology, from now and from years ago when first addressing these remarks, we believe is from the heart.

They added: Each of us looks forward to working with our friend James again in the future. His story isnt over – not by a long shot.

Following the sacking, the movie has been postponed indefinitely with crew members being told to look for other work, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

He revealed some spoilers for Avengers 4 (Picture: Marvel)

But this hasnt put a hold on the making of Avengers 4 – which Dave is also included in.

Just last week the star spoke about the next installment of the Avengers films and basically confirmed that the Guardians Of The Galaxy will survive in the next film.

Speaking on Good Morning Britain, he said: You definitely see a lot more of the Guardians in the upcoming Avengers which weve already shot.

I guess I wasnt supposed to say anything, but I was already saying before Avengers 3 was released that I had already filmed four and I was signed up for Guardians 3.

Ive shot scenes in it so we must come back somehow.
