Weve watched him obliterate practically his whole family, kill off hapless but soft hearted Gerry and hold Rebecca hostage in a shack for weeks but the long and terrifying reign of Lachlan White is about to come to an explosive end in a big Emmerdale week – but thats not to say that no-one else will die!
As Lachlan finds the net closing in as the police turn up the heat, his next cover up will expose his true colours, leading to a chain of events that leaves several of the villagers fearing for their lives.

Lachlan reburies Terry
A trailer has revealed that the police will be after Lachlan once again in coming scenes as Priya informs Robert that they are looking at Home Farm. Lachlan has been informed that traces of Terrys blood has been found so he sets about reburying the body. But he is about to be caught in the act – and theres no explaining this one away!

Sam is the next victim
As Lachlan desperately tries to stay one step ahead, Sam is the next one who could be facing his wrath as he comes across him hiding Terry in the boot of his car. As Sam asks with trepidation what Lachlan is doing, the villains expression darkens…
Belle discovers the truth
Belle is in for a shock when she comes across some clothing which incriminates Lachlan and she demands to know what he has done. As a panicked Lachlan tells her that he did everything for her, she tries to escape but he grabs her. How much danger is she in?
Robert is on the case
Belle and Sam arent the only ones who find their lives at risk at the hands of Lachlan. As Robert does some more digging into Lachlan, having always been dubious about the story that Rebecca left to go abroad without saying anything, he is seen in the trailer panting with panic as Lachlan is on the loose – armed and dangerous.
Lachlan threatens Belles life
While fans believe that Lachlan would never go as far as killing Belle, given that she is the one he has committed all of these crimes for, Eden Taylor-Draper has revealed that one scene will see Lachlan slam Belle against the wall and tell her that he is going to kill her. Can she escape him as she realises how much danger she is in?

With seemingly little else to lose, Lachlan arms himself with a shotgun and goes on the rampage in the village – and those who have crossed him should be very afraid. When a gunshot rings out, who is on the receiving end? Robert hides, Belle fights to survive and Sam lies bleeding – but who else might be involved?
A shot rings out
As Zak and Cain are alerted to a gunshot, they rush to the scene and it has been revealed that Belle will be left hurt in the middle of the road. Lachlans hand will be forced into a decision – does he let Belle live? Or does he take her down with him? And is this truly the end?
