Roxanne Palletts ex Richard Fleeshman (and his mum) back Ryan Thomas in Celebrity Big Brother assault claims
Richard Fleeshman, the ex-boyfriend of CBB star Roxanne Pallett, has backed his friend Ryan Thomas as the row continues over an incident that saw her claim Ryan had punched her.
The former Corrie star, who dated Roxanne for two years from 2005, has kept quiet about his own feelings about his ex, but has been liking status of those who have watched the drama unfold in the house.
In one, Charley Webb from Emmerdale wrote: Watching Big Brother for the first time in years. Wow, just wow. #dangerous
While Hayley Tamadon wrote: Ive known @ryanjamesthomas quite a few years. He is genuinely one the kindest, warmest, funniest, happiest fellas Ive met. And Ive never come across a single person that doesnt think the same. We love you Ry!

Meanwhile, Richards mum Sue also made her feelings known and sent her love to Team Ryan.
After retweeting a photo from Sally Ann Matthews, Sue, who got to know both Ryan and Roxy through their respective relationships with her son, wrote: One of the nicest men on the planet! and used the hashtag would not harm a fly.
Sue is the latest in a growing line of friends and acquaintances who have spoken out to take sides in the debate, following Roxannes reaction to Ryan playfully knocking her ribs in the Celebrity Big Brother house yesterday.
When one punch landed on her ribs, Ryan was quick to apologise, but later Roxanne spoke to the diary room explaining she felt like shed been assaulted and wasnt happy with the encounter.
She later slept in a separate room because she felt uncomfortable sleeping in the same room as him, and even demanded his removal in a private chat with producers.
Ryan as a result was given a formal warning from the show.
Roxanne tells Ben Jardine that Ryan Thomas intentionally and aggressively punched her on tonights episode.
The incident has attracted major backlash, with many viewers, as well as Ryans team, calling for Roxannes removal.
Ofcom received 11,000 complaints over the incident from worried viewers, and even former chief crown prosecutor Nazir Afzal got involved, claiming Roxanne was belittling the work of domestic violence charities.

A rep for Roxanne said: Roxanne has no contact with the outside world to make her own statement, however we do know that Roxanne has worked closely with various domestic violence charities due to being a victim of domestic violence herself.
She would be very upset to find out she may have caused offence to others who have been through the same. We cant make any more comment at present until such time as Roxanne is out of the Big Brother house and is able to address this situation herself.
Celebrity Big Brother continues tonight at 9pm on Channel 5.
