Sam Dingle is about to face death when he learns that Lachlan White killed con man Terry, whose real name is Paul Tozer.
As the Emmerdale police question Lachlan over a blood covered rock they have found which carries the DNA of Paul, he is shaken and knows he needs to cover his tracks. Fans will recall that Lachlan followed the con artist to a funeral where he was taking advantage of grieving guests and he murdered Paul with a rock.
With the police also finding the scrawled out message about Lachlan in the cabin, Lachlan plans to get to Pauls body and rebury him. Having bundled the corpse into the boot of the car, Lachlan turns and is stunned to be faced with a shocked Sam.
Theres no lying his way out of this one and Lachlans expression darkens as he determines to deal with Sam – but his next act will be his undoing.

A panicked Belle later finds a blood soaked jacket and demands answers from Lachlan. As he makes some horrifying admissions, she asks to see Sam and is presented with his blood soaked and apparently lifeless body.
Thrown into despair, Belle makes an attempt to escape and a struggle ensues before Lachlan drags her outside. The net then closes in on Lachlan with Robert and Priya already suspicious of the truth and it will lead to him grabbing a gun.
A shot rings out and viewers will see Belle hurt in the middle of the road. Has Lachlan killed two Dingles – including the love of his life? And will he finally be caught and face justice for his horrific crimes?
