BTS just beat Justin Biebers record on Billboards Social 50

The K-Pop band that is sweeping across the world like a tidal wave has beaten yet another record.

According to latest figures from Billboard, BTS placed number one on the Social 50 chart, making it their 57th consecutive week on there.

This is significant, as BTS has overtaken the previous record of 56 consecutive weeks at No. 1, held by Justin Bieber.

Needless to say, the ARMY is proud:

They are raking in the accolades. Their hit song Fake Love has been certified gold in the US.

The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) released new certifications and awarded Fake Love a gold award for achieving 500,000 units.

Love Yourself: Tear also placed 77th on Billboard 200, its 12th consecutive week on the chart since May.

The album ranked No. 1 on the World Album, No. 3 on Independent Albums, No. 20 on Top Album Sales and No. 65 on Billboard Canadian Albums.

BTS will be coming back with the new album Love Yourself: Answer, which will be released on 24 August.
