EastEnders characters are worried for their loved ones in upcoming scenes as Bernie Taylor and Patrick Trueman are concerned by strange behaviour from Ted Murray as he hides a serious health condition while Denise Fox is worried about what Kush Kazemi is hiding from her.
Another worried Walfordian is Whitney Dean who warns her away from her new boyfriend, 19-year-old gang member Jagger but who much danger is Tiff in. And relations between Ian and Kathy Beale plummet when he walks in on her kissing Masood Ahmed!

Ted ignores the latest letter from Joyce and instead focuses on setting up another chess match for Bernie. After the excitement of her winning, he hides chest pains and is then shocked when he finally opens the letter.

Tiffany makes eyes at Jagger while out delivering leaflets for Ian while Ian himself is too wrapped up in the stress of preparing for the opening of the restaurant to notice the growing closeness between Masood and Kathy.
Jay half heartedly encourages Billy even though he knows Honey doesnt want to reunite while Denise spends time with Kush as he clearly isnt coping well.
Tuesday 21st August
Its the big day for Ian and his day goes from bad to worse when he tries and fails to keep everyone happy. Then, when he walks in on Masood and Kathy kissing, the day is wrecked and he fears his business venture has failed – and he knows who he blames! meanwhile a drunk Kush exposes Kims pregnancy.
Tiffany meets up with Jagger and the gang and drinks to impress him while Billys attempt at a welcome home meal for Honey ends in disaster. Ted continues to hide his symptoms but is secretly diagnosed with angina.
Thursday 23rd August
Tiffany meets up with Jagger again but the girls give her a hard time. Later, she heads out of the house in secret to meet up with him again. Honey makes a bond with her dentist who asks her on a date while Ian tries to get back at Masood – and also orders Kathy to leave.
Kush tries to apologise to Kim for revealing her pregnancy to everyone but she isnt interested. Martin can tell something is up and Kush tells him he desperately needs to talk to him about last night but what is he hiding?

Ted wants to make sure his friends want for nothing while he is away but Patrick and Bernie are soon concerned about his behaviour.
Friday 24th August
Whitney catches Tiff sneaking in after another meeting with Jagger and angrily bans her from seeing him when she discovers that he is 19. But Jagger suggests to Tiff that he meets Whitney to put her mind at rest.
Karen makes plans for the money Ted gave to Bernie but at the chess match, Bernie finds several missed calls from her phone on Ted and knows something is wrong. Ian and Kathy have a heart to heart and it leads her to a decision.
Honey goes on a date but hides it from Billy and Carmel wonders what Kush is hiding.
