CNBLUEs Minhyuk and Jungshin enlisting in military as Jonghyun set to follow next month

K-pop rock band CNBLUE members Kang Minhyuk and Lee Jungshin will be enlisting in the Korean military today to fulfill their mandatory duties as citizens.

The two posted photos on their Instagram accounts showing their shaved heads as required for all recruits.

Ill be going now, Minhyuk wrote on Instagram to bid goodbye to fans, according to Soompi.

He also posted a photo with his gym trainer, saying: Im worried because Im leaving without working out. After leaving you, Im going to become so lean again. Ill miss you.

Jungshin also uploaded a photo of him getting a haircut, posting: A clean cut.

They will be enlisting today but at different locations. The places and time were not revealed by their agency, FNC Entertainment, as they wanted to enter the military camp quietly and without any fanfare.

It was also revealed that member Lee Jonghyun will also be enlisting next month. With this, all four members of CNBLUE will be taking their military service this year.

On his Instagram, Jonghyun wrote: Im receiving so many gifts saying for me to return safely from the military. I will eat them well! I gained weight, so I should take care of my diet a bit before entering. The agency said he will enlist in August.

Last March 5, member Yonghwa was the first to enlist in the military, telling fans, Always take care of your health, and I hope you will fulfill all of your dreams and goals. I will return well, so dont worry about me, and I hope your lives will be full of happiness! Goodbye for now!

He enlisted amidst controversy that he got special treatment when he applied for a doctoral program at Kyunghee University.

CNBLUE debuted in the music industry in 2010.
