Ed Sheeran stops sold-out Cardiff show twice – to use the bathroom
Everyone has found themselves needing a quick wee at an inappropriate time – but Ed Sheeran had to rush off twice on Saturday night during his own sold out stadium show to relieve himself.
Awkward.
The first dash off stage came after he finished performing Galway Girl in front of 60,000 people and then decided to inform the crowd that needed a pee and would be right back in a jiffy.
Understanding his dilemma (and being, ya know, British) the crowds patiently waited for his return but just three songs later and midway through singing his hit song Photograph he called out Im so sorry Cardiff before dashing off to the toilet again.
Luckily the crowds understood and they cheered his return before joining in to help him finish out the song.

Ive been gigging since I was 14 and Ive never done that, he admitted to the crowds, And now I do it in front of 60,000 people.
Theres a first time for everything, Ed.
Ed is currently on a worldwide tour for his most recent album Divide, and Saturday saw him perform the third night of a record-breaking mini-residency at the Principality Stadium, being the first artist to have four successive nights at the Cardiff arena.
