Selena Gomez is starring in a new horror film – and its really, really creepy.
The 25-year-old former Disney Channel star teamed up with Canadian artist Petra Collins for the creepy flick titled, A Love Story. It was created for Instagrams newly launched long-form video platform IGTV – which allows users to post videos up to an hour in length.
The singer, whose on-again-off-again romance with Justin Bieber often lands her on the front of tabloid magazines, is making the headlines for her creepy debut.
Collins also directed the singers eerie music videos for Fetish and Bad Liar, so you can just imagine the kind of tone her new film is striking.
A short clip of the video was posted on her Instagram with the caption: A Love Story dir by mee lil short with @selenagomez u can watch excerpts from it on IGTV on my profile.
In the 30-second video, Selena is naked in a bathtub flirting with a sliced off face (think Face/Off).

Yeah.
In one clip, the mutilated face rests on Gomez naked back, and in another, she leans in to kiss it.
Collins shared three shorts on her Instagram stories, and it just gets weirder and weirder.
In the second short, entitled Cake, Selena shaves frosting off her legs with a gigantic knife and the third short, called Turtle, has Selena casually embracing a weird woman/thing hybrid with a face made from dismembered fingers. It looks like something out of Edgar Allen Poes imagination.
It reaches its terrifying peak when Selena sucks on an eyeball.
Selena has long been trying to break away from her clean-cut Disney image and this gory project follows on from her starring role in 2012 crime drama Spring Breakers.
Petra has previously admitted that the pair had discussed the possibility of collaborating in a horror project together.
The filmmaker said: I love The Exorcist and the things that come from inside you, the things that are a little more subtle, and things that you deal with from inwards, and I feel like its something Selena and I both love talking about … that topic is sort of dear to us.

Reactions have been…mixed. One Instagram user wrote: Why dont u both do a biggggg horror movie together with all ur symbolisms.
However, others were not so inclined and have called on Selena to avoid any future projects with her friend.
One user on Instagram wrote: Petra Collins you better get away from Selena Gomez. Dont influence her with your weird plans and behaviour.
