Madinah governor launches online portal for regions chamber of commerce and industry

Prince Faisal bin Salman, the governor of Madinah, has patronized the signing of the deal for constructing the building of the Madinah Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Knowledge Economic City on King Abdul Aziz Road.

The building will be a cornerstone for the chamber through which it will continue to achieve its objectives and vision, including developing investment opportunities in the province as well as serving businessmen and businesswomen.

The deal was co-signed by Chairman of Madinah Chamber of Commerce and Industry Munir Mohammed Nasser and MOBCO Groups representative, Khaled Moussa Al-Zahrani.

Prince Faisal also launched the online portal for the chambers members to provide them with electronic membership services.

Nasser thanked the governor of Madinah for his unlimited support for the chambers activities, which aim to turn Madinah into a unique business and tourist destination and the preferred destination for investment at local, regional, and international levels.

He pointed out that the building was designed to serve the chambers objectives; it will be made as a model administrative, financial, and technical organization that performs its role as a business development engine in Madinah.

The chambers chairman explained that the online portal provides several basic services that save members time and effort.

“By launching this online portal, Madinah Chamber of Commerce and Industry is considered the first in 25 chambers across the Kingdom to employ a unified registration system approved by the Council of Saudi Chambers and the third in the Kingdom to employ the monetary portfolio system,” he added.
