Taylor Swift fans have been left fuming after having their front-row seats to her Reputation tour re-located.

Some of the fans lucky enough to have bagged the best seats in the house to the stars Manchester gig this week have had their seats relocated due to stadium problems just 48 hours before the show is set to go ahead.

Ticket-holders with front row seats in some of the different blocks around the stadium have had their seats reallocated to further away from the stage.

According to Manchester Evening News, there has been an issue with stage calculations, and now people at the front have had to be moved back.

Some fans paid hundreds of pounds to sit at the front of their section, so to now have to watch their idol from further away is a kick in the face for many.

Ticketmaster supposedly sent text messages and emails to affected customers at 8.01pm last night, but many were not able to get through to the company as their customer service closed at that time.

Sarah Day, whose family has been affected by the issue, told M.E.N: I bought the tickets for my daughter as an early birthday present, it is her first time going to a stadium tour. Four of us are going, the tickets cost £540 in total.

We have been moved 16 blocks behind, we will now be separated from our friends, that is annoying for the kids.

It was her first stadium tour, you are aged 10, you have got seats at the front, you have told everybody and you are so excited and then you are told actually no, you are going to be at the back. It is just gutting.

A statement on the Ticketmaster site in response to the controversy said: The event organisers have been in touch to let us know that, due to changes in production, some seats have had to be moved.

If youre affected, youll have received a text and email from us to confirm this, weve worked with the venue and swapped you into some new seats. To check your new seat details, log into your online account now.
