BTS are smashing records left, right and centre – whether its becoming the first K-pop band to reach number one on the Billboard Top 200, or having the most YouTube views in 24 hours this year.

So its no surprise that fellow K-pop idols VICTON are motivated by the Fake Love singers.

Han Seung-woo, Kang Seung-sik, Heo Chan, Lim Se-jun, Do Han-se, Choi Byung-chan and Jung Su-bin admitted that BTS have inspired them to reach their goals, after they believed their dreams might not be possible.

The boyband told Joy News 24: When we were trainees, we would jokingly say, “Lets go to Billboard”. Back then, there was no precedent like this.

It was something that could only be imagined. BTS went to the Billboard Music Awards and achieved a great result, so we thought, “Wow, its something thats actually possible.” It seems to have made us work a bit harder.

And that means they study BTS when theyre performing at the same shows.

VICTON said: Were all interested in BTSs performances. When BTS is rehearsing or doing shows, we all watch. We also watch and admire their performances while were in the dressing room.

VICTON arent the only K-pop boyband to want to learn from BTS – Monsta X told Metro.co.uk that they have nothing but respect for the group.

Im Fine singers VICTON debuted back in 2016 with Plan A Entertainment, and made their comeback last month with their song Time of Sorrow, which reached number two on the Gaon Music Chart in South Korea.
