Mel C has insisted that speculation around Spice Girls reunion has turned into Chinese whispers, and hinted at their soap opera past.
She also confirmed that there is no big announcement to be made just yet when it comes to a possible reunion tour. We can only keep our fingers crossed!

The Spice Girl arrived at Grosvenor House on Park Lane ready for the exclusive luncheon honouring artists, songwriters and producers for their work from the last year.
Speaking to metro.co.uk the 44-year-old addressed why she made an apparent U-Turn regarding the Spice Girls reunion after she had previously said she would never return to the Spice Girls.
Its like Chinese whispers. Ill always be part of the Spice Girls, she said laughing.
She added: I perform their songs on stage during my solo gigs, but its a tricky one because if there are certain people who dont want to get on stage, I want to make sure that whatever we do as the Spice Girls is the right thing and is totally befitting.
And fitting for the fans. We just dont want to do anything that isnt good enough.
As today (31 May) marks 20 years since Geri Horner aka Ginger Spice announced that she was leaving the band, in news that shook Spice Girls fans to the core, we asked Mel if she could recollect how she felt when she first heard the news, hinting that there was some drama was involved.
It was devastating, she told metro.co.uk. We were on tour at the time, we had two shows left to do, and then we had a little break before a three-month tour of the US.
To lose a member of the band was utterly devastating. We lost a member and a friend. She had her reasons.
Describing their friendship and history as a soap opera Mel described their current state as reformed.
She said: We understood and now so much water has gone under the bridge. Weve reformed. Were all great mates and looking at opportunities. Its part of lifes rich tapestry. Its like a soap opera, the Spice Girls.
Speaking of this years Ivor Awards, as Ed Sheeran, Rag n Bone Man, and Stormzy are all nominated, Mel described the event as the heart and soul of the music industry.
She told metro.co.uk: I think its so important to acknowledge the writers because so often they are overlooked.
More: Spice Girls
She added: A lot of artists are songwriters as well, but there are a lot of collaborations so there are a lot of people being honoured today we dont see often.
Thats important. Its the heart and soul of the music industry.
