Things have stepped up a gear in this Nicki Minaj/Eminem saga.
What began as a joke is now suddenly becoming kind of real – as Eminem paused his concert in Boston to ask Nicki out.
Oh yeah, he did that.
Meek Mill might be eating his words, as Eminem joked with the crowd: I wanna take this time right now to give a shout out to my bae, Nicki Minaj. Sweatheart, Ill be home tonight and well figure this shit out how were gonna do this.
Then the rapper added: Yo Boston how many people in here want me to date Nicki Minaj?
As the cheers rang out, he replied: Well Goddammit me too.
And not long after, Nicki herself responded – with a suggestion for their first date.

Nicki sparked the joke originally when a fan asked her: You dating Eminem? and she simply responded: Yes.
She weirdly garnered the disapproval of ex Meek Mill for the joke, despite it being just that.
Meek is disappointed Nicki would try such a pathetic move as a fake romance with Eminem, an insider reportedly claimed. Whether it is true or not, Meek feels like Nicki is making herself look thirsty, and basic. Meek has a lot of respect for Nicki as an artist so he feels like she is better than that, and using cheap marketing gimmicks like this to sell records is above her.
If it turns out to be true, Meek has little faith that a romance between Nicki and Em would last more than two dates, they added to HollywoodLife. He just doesnt buy any of it.
Well someone lost their sense of humour. And bets are on, will they make it past the second date?!
