We have to admit this isnt all that surprising, but BTS latest album has already hit the one million sales mark.

And it was only released on the 18 May.

Just when you thought this band couldnt get any bigger, they went and shifted a milly records, according to Hanteas sales.

The chart claimed the boys reached the milestone this afternoon, 24 May, after they sold the highest number of albums recorded on the chart in the first week of release – since the charts creation in 1993.

They broke their own record set when they released Love Yourself: Her last year that sold 759,263 copies in its first week.

A source from Hanteo told No Cut News their album ranking is the only system in the world that reflects the number of copies really sold in realtime.

They added: BTSs record of reaching 1 million copies sold in the first week since release is very meaningful in Koreas popular music history.

It comes as the seven-piece rocked the US earlier this week when they took over the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas and won the Top Social Artist for the second year running.

Jimin has thanked the BTS ARMY for voting for the band with an adorable set of selfies.

Thats well worth the countless retweets and endless hashtagging, we reckon.
