Mixed Year 3-5

Another amazing game for the 3-5s today. It was our first turf game for the season and the kids were so excited.

They played brilliantly as a team, and we are so impressed with them holding their positions and not getting into each others space.

The teams defence of free hits was A++.

Oscar Male finished the game with another hat trick of goals and was our Civic Video Above the Line Player of the Week.

Congratulations to Jack Leggate on his first goal of the season and who played a fantastic game.

Thanks too to our supportive parents – these kids are lucky to have you cheering them on from the sidelines.

Final Score 4-0.

The Civic Video Above the Line Player of the Week Award went to Jay Burgess who played great offence, getting to the post time and again, with two Priceline awards going to Tom Gorta and Harry Broadhurst.

A special mention to Max Tas, who is new to the team this season and had lots of action on the field. Final score – 6-0 to Margaret River

Girls Year 6-8

A well fought out game by the Girls Year 6/8 team ended in a victorious 2-1 win against Capel. Every player contributed to the win. Goals were scored by Bobbie and Mia, but both were team goals.
