Dua Lipa set to perform at Champions League Final and is doing it for the girls

She might not be the biggest of football fans, but Dua Lipa has promised to give her craziest performance ever at the Uefa Champions League final.

The 22-year-old will be putting on a show at the NSC Olimpiyskiy Stadium in Kiev, Ukraine on 26 May ahead of the Liverpool and Real Madrid match.

Shes vowed to bring girl power to the event, and is keeping us all on our toes, as shes promised a number of surprises.

Talking to Press Association, the singer explained how she was excited to do something different and try out new things than shed normally do at her own shows.

She said: Its quite a larger scale, its a bigger stage, so I think its going to be lots of fun. I do want to keep it as a surprise but I want to get the craziest of football fans dancing.

Before adding: Therell be a whole lot of girl power there so itll be a mix.

Its such a big performance for myself that I always feel there are new things to do and theres always ways to better yourself and better your performances and do something even more crazy and more extravagant.

Even though this is clearly a huge ordeal to the singer, she admitted that she has never attended a football match (apart from in PE lessons) – despite her brother and dad supporting Arsenal.

The Uefa Champions League Final opening ceremony is presented by Pepsi and will take place ahead of the match on 26 May.

And Dua isnt the only female star getting into the groove of girl power, as Rita Ora has just rallied her troops for an all girl music video.

And yes, this is for her new track Girls.

The 27-year-old has called on her gal pals Cardi B, Charli XCX and Bebe Rexha to help her out for the new female empowerment vid.

The hit will be released on 11 May and Rita couldnt contain her excitement when she shared the news on Twitter.

She wrote: Im so happy to finally announce my new single GIRLS feat some amazing powerful women who have inspired me so much!
