Cheryl has been hinting at new material for quite some time now, but it looks like those songs might have been released a little bit earlier than shed hoped.
Throughout the past few weeks, the singer has been sharing snaps from inside the studio of herself and Girls Aloud buddy Nicola Roberts.
But it looks like her pal has taken the selfie game a little bit too far as Nicola shared a video of her and Jon Shave, a member of songwriting and production trio Invisible Men UK, dancing around to music that sounds very much like Cheryl.
Oops!
Fans were quick to notice the track, insisting that the vocals were off the singers much anticipated new album.

One said: So I have taken this from Nicolas Instagram story, the song in the background sounds just like Cheryl.. thoughts?
Another commented: Cheryl snippet of an unheard song in the studio on Nicolas Instagram story!… Nicolas been in the industry for a long time & she knows full well not to let a lengthy snippet of a song be heard just yet right?…
But fuck that really is Cheryls voice, and If its not then Im a really shitty fan of hers… I already love the song… I was shocked when I first heard it, but it sounds good.
Someone else added: Thank you @NicolaRoberts for blessing our ears with this! We have waited so long to hear something new.
Ealier this year Cheryl teased fans that she was working on new material with X-Factors Rak-Su.
The rumours started to circulate when producer Naughty Boy (aka Shahid Khan) shared a photo of the star surrounded by the X Factor winners on Instagram.

He captioned the picture with an abundance of hashtags that made it sound like Cheryl was finally back.
